Workout

ok it's been a few weeks since i last wrote. Im a slacker what can i say. My friend Lindsey and I will start working out tomorrow at 5:30 (and yes thats A.M.) on Mon, Wed, and Fri. I will keep everyone updated week to week of my achievements. Tomorrow is the dreaded weigh in, and i will share that as well, so hopefully i will have people motivating me and us as we go through this journey. if you would like to join us we will be at the Snap Fitness in Pearl.
