Workout Day #2

So wednesdays workout was awesome, but could not find the scale. Todays workout was arms and now my arms are noodily......finally found the scale. i dont like it one bit. it looks like my starting weight is 180, although i dont know how thats possible since i just went to the doctor and it said 168. i think something is very wrong here. i believe ill be taking a trip to wal mart to get my own scale. but for now we shall say the embarrassing amount of 180
