So, I figured I should give an update on how my workouts are going. I am now going 5 days a week at 5:30 in the morning. It's really not so bad. After last week, which was my first full week, I have lost 2 pounds!! It's kind of exciting. This morning I biked 10.33 miles. I am getting better. That is all the updating I have so far.
